Over the last decade, researchers and clinicians at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation have partnered to implement an evidence-based exoskeleton program for people with spinal cord injury (SCI) in order to advance diagnosis specific standard of care. During this best practice panel discussion, we will (1) review the foundational steps taken to establish our exoskeleton program across the continuum of care, (2) explore the unique, collaborative relationship that our clinical and research teams built and sustained, and (3) describe how clinical exoskeleton programming has been successfully integrated into multiple federally funded projects with the engagement of key stakeholders.  Lastly, we will illustrate how we have partnered with industry experts and persons with SCI lived experience via interviews, surveys, and involvement on study advisory boards to create patient centered programs that maximize meaningful patient outcomes.
