Dr. Malone will describe the clinic structure of the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Pediatric Post COVID-19 Rehabilitation Clinic and the development and implemention of their novel Pediatric Long COVID Telementoring ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes), a virtual program to educate and mentor community providers in Long COVID diagnosis, care, and management for typically developing children and those with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. She will discuss early successes, lessons learned, and barriers and facilitators to expanding their multidisciplinary model, engaging primary care and specialty clinicians, building partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, developing clinician and patient educational resources, and other implementation strategies.
