In this session we will evaluate the issue of "dose" in the context of exercise and integrative methods  for pain therapy. This will include an evaluation of the literature using meta-analytical  approaches and application of the data to real-life pilot studies in healthy participanys and chronic low back pain patients.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify at least five different ways that “dose” could be applied to exercise therapy
• Analyze the impact of research and clinical gaps in the application of exercise and integrative therapy for chronic pain
• Identify potential applications of exercise dose in the design of future clinical trials for pain
