Proceed past the lobby elevators and turn right to enter the West Wing. Proceed down the corridor, turn right and then left. Proceed past the restrooms to the end of the hall and turn right. Cortez A is the first room on the left.
There is an intricate relationship between policy and clinical practice, as data reported in practice directly influences policy and payment models. Attendees will gain practical assignment ideas and resources for teaching policy and advocacy to rehab students. Collaborative dialogue and shared experiences will foster an environment where challenges are addressed, innovative solutions are explored, and best practices are shared. By educating students on healthcare policy and advocacy now, we secure and enhance the future of rehabilitation.
