This is a 5 year follow up from a cohort study

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to describe commonly used patient-reported functional outcomes for rotator cuff tears.
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the trajectory and change of outcomes of surgical versus non-surgical treatments for rotator cuff tears.
Upon completion, participants will be able to identify patient subgroups that benefit most from surgical interventions for rotator cuff injuries, such as females and those with traumatic rotator cuff tears.
