Learning objectives
• Summarize the pathophysiological basis of spasticity
• Identify and use assessment tools and methods when evaluating individuals with spasticity due to stroke, injury, or disease
• Determine impaired motor function contributing to lower or upper limb dysfunction through their functional consequence
• Individualize evidence-based pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical approaches to manage the rehabilitation of patients to achieve their functional goals
