Dr. Stacy Hsueh is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the CREATE research center at University of Washington. She earned a Bachelor's in Computer Science from University of California, Berekely, and a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from University of Paris-Saclay. As a postdoctoral researcher, she is investigating and advancing the intersections of accessibility research, digital fabrication, and sustainable computing. She takes an intersectional approach to developing models of AT provision for low-resource, multicultural settings. Her key areas of interest include exploring opportunities for local production systems, distributed manufacturing innovations, and sustainable, circular models of AT provision.
