Dr. Charlie Mitchell is a Physiatrist employed in Charlotte NC at Carolinas Rehabilitation. He practices inpatient Cancer Rehabilitation medicine, rehabilitation consultant work at a level 1 trauma center, and outpatient clinical care frequently addressing cervical dystonia, lymphedema, and non-opioid pain medicine.
