Vivian Cao is a fourth-year medical student at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, Harlem campus, and holds a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University. With a strong background in public health, Vivian has gained a deeper understanding of the social determinants of health and their impact on patient care, particularly in relation to nutrition. Her research has focused on women’s health, specifically menopause, exploring various factors that influence the overall health and quality of life of women. She is an aspiring Physiatrist.
