Dannae Arnold, PT, DPT, ATP received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in December 2011. Dannae is currently practicing as a research physical therapist at the Baylor Scott & White Research Institute in Dallas, TX, collaborating with an innovative team focusing on the advancement of research in the rehabilitation setting. Dannae transitioned to this role in December 2021 with 10 years of experience treating the spinal cord injury population in the inpatient setting. Dannae acquired her Assistive Technology Professional certification through RESNA in 2016 and has undergone training for an advanced certification with Ekso Bionics. She has presented nationally on topics surrounding the advancement of rehabilitation interventions to improve outcomes following neurological injury and lectures annually at local DPT programs on these topics. In her role as research physical therapist, she leverages her clinical experience while working on multiple funded studies incorporating advanced technologies in neurological rehabilitation.
