I am an experienced and driven occupational therapist experienced in rehabilitating adults with acute and chronic pain, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic impairments. I value creative and innovative individualized interventions. I excel at problem solving and critical thinking to maximize a client’s engagement and independence in meaningful activities.
I have worked in multiple Level 1 Trauma Centers where I pride myself on providing evidence-based and innovative patient-centered care. I strive to not only further my own practice, but also my work environment through gap analysis, process improvement, and protocol implementation in both leadership positions and involvement in the committees. Examples of my leadership roles include establishing a DEI committee and Early Mobility committee at Saint Anthony Hospital.
