Dr. Fruth is a physical therapist and founding chair of the Department of Physical Therapy at Western Michigan University. She has nearly 30 years of clinical experience and has been a professor of physical therapy for nearly 20 years. She is a board certified orthopaedic specialist. Her research expertise relates to PT in the emergency department with over 20 national and international presentations on the topic.
