Dr. Jaclyn Stephens is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Exercise Science and an affiliate faculty member of the Molecular Cellular Integrative Neuroscience program at Colorado State University. She began researching sports related concussion as a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine within the Brain Injury Clinical Research Center. As an early career scientist, she acquired two career development awards from the National Institutes of Health, and her current research uses neuroimaging and behavioral assessments to study sports related concussion, chronic concussion, and more severe types of brain injury.
