Dr. Cessna Palas is a Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist in the spinal cord injury unit at the James A. Haley VA Hospital providing psychological and neuropsychological services. Her research interests include quality of life and cognition in spinal cord injury. She also serves as a co-investigator on the ACCESS Vets research study.
