Tracy Mroz, PhD, OTR/L is an Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington (UW). She is an occupational therapist and health services researcher. Her research agenda focuses on the impact of policy and delivery system factors on access to and quality of post-acute care with an emphasis on care for individuals living in rural communities. Her work has been funded by NIH, HRSA, AHRQ, and NIDILRR. She co-directs the UW Advancing Health Services and Policy In Rehabilitation (ASPIRe) Lab at UW and serves as an investigator with the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and UW Center for Health Workforce Studies.
