As a rehabilitation scientist, my research interests involve investigating strategies to maximize rehabilitation outcomes in people with mobility limitations through the use of assistive technology and physical medicine. The majority of my work has focused on reducing the prevalence of secondary complications (i.e., pressure ulcer, cardiometabolic disease, shoulder injury) in people with spinal cord injury.
