Dr. David Allison is a Scientist at Lawson Health Research Institute and Adjunct professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Western University. He completed his PhD in Applied Health Sciences at Brock University prior to a position as a postdoctoral research fellow at McMaster University. His research interests, in the area of psychophysiology, include the exploration of the pathophysiological mechanisms which contribute to mental health disorders. Dr. Allison’s research also explores the use anti-inflammatory interventions for the treatment chronic inflammatory conditions in various populations with neurological disorders.
