Mrs. Eriksson co-founded NeuroTechR3 Inc. with the vision to transform the rehabilitation sector by offering affordable and accessible AI-driven therapy solutions for people with various neurological conditions. As a 100% women-owned business, she is committed to serving as an inspiring figure and role model for other women in technology and entrepreneurship.
With over 20 years of international experience in project management and business management, Mrs. Eriksson has expertise in strategic planning, business development, organizational growth, marketing, fundraising, and program development across diverse industry segments and non-profit organizations.
She is the Principal Investigator (PI) on three federal R&D grants awarded in consecutive years from 2021 to 2023. Being an accomplished team leader with strong management skills in scheduling, cost control, vendor and third-party supplier contracting, makes her exceptionally suited to lead NeuroTechR3’s team of highly specialized researchers and talented tech experts spearheading a new standard of care in neurorehabilitation.
