Vice President, Acute Care Transitions, Telehealth and Rehab Strategy

Shelby Fisch has worked at SE Health for 11 years and is currently the Vice President, Telehealth, Acute Care Operations and Rehabilitation Strategy at SE Health. In this role, she is accountable for managing the operations and partner relations for healthcare navigation services, acute care, community and rehab programs. Shelby has over 25 years of experience across health care settings in both clinical and leadership roles. Shelby holds a MHSc, Health Administration and a BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She is also a Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL).
