Dr. Michael Saenger is a system re-designer for better pain care. From the Air Force, to the inner city, and now with VA, he has led successful interdisciplinary teams for quality improvement in the areas of Primary Care, Mental Health, and High Impact Chronic Pain. Currently Dr. Saenger serves as: VHA Primary Care Co-Lead for Integrated Pain Care; National Program Director of TelePain-EVP, Empower Veterans Program; and VACO PCCCT Whole Health Champion.
