Dr. Lauren Abbate is the Associate Director of the Clinical Core within the Eastern Colorado Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC), and she is the Director of the Geriatric Emergency Department at Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. Her research interests include evidence-based exercise interventions for Veterans with knee osteoarthritis and non-pharmacological interventions for managing chronic diseases (specifically arthritis) in older adults.
