Dr. Meredith Mealer's research interests include resilience training in healthcare professionals as a mechanism to mitigate psychological distress that results from the work environment. She served as the Director of the Colorado Multiple Institutional Review Board (COMIRB), and through this experience, she is also interested in research to enhance the efficiency of conducting clinical trials on a systems level.
