Experienced physical therapist with a demonstrated history of working in hospital setting. Currently lead a team focused on professional development, inpatient process improvement, quality and program development. Newly leading the rehab teams at our networks short stay orthopedic sites. Previously led the team that managed rehab based student programming. Clinical skills in Acute Care Physical Therapy, Early Mobility in the Intensive Care Unit and Epic. Strong interest in Functional Outcome Measures and Process/Quality Improvement. Multiple publications at State and National level. Originally trained as Materials Engineer, earned Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University - Camden in 2009.
