Carlos Arauz is a Costa Rican American physician graduate and Clinical Research Coordinator with Good Clinical Practice certification. He graduated with a Doctorate and License to Practice Medicine and Surgery in his home country, Costa Rica, and participated in direct patient care at the various Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) hospitals during the pre-graduate intern year 2020 where he worked as an intern in community medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and surgery. He graduated Cum Laude with Honors College recognition with a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas in 2010. His scientific Interests are in traumatic brain injury, psychiatry, neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and addiction medicine.
