I am an assistant professor at Drake University in the OTD department. I have been in higher education since 2019 starting as a shared-lab assistant and adjunct professor and transitioned to assistant professor in 2022. I received a BA from University of Northern Iowa in 2009 and OTD from Creighton University in 2012. I have 12 years clinical experience in outpatient OT, skilled nursing, long term care, home health setting, and adult inpatient rehabilitation. My scholarship is focused around SOTL including community-engaged learning and older adult wellness and rehab.
