Dr. David Rosenblum, MD, is the Medical Director of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare’s Milne Institute for Healthcare Innovation. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has additional subspecialty board certifications in spinal cord and brain injury medicine. Dr. Rosenblum directs the spinal cord injury clinical care and research at Gaylord, which is part of one of only 18 Model SCI Centers in the country. He is an associate clinical professor at Yale University School of Medicine in the departments of Neurology as well as Orthopedics and Rehabilitation.
