Dr. Jerrold Kaplan, MD, is the Medical Director of Outpatient Services at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare. Dr. Kaplan is a Board Certified Physiatrist with over 30 years of experience. He and his team were among the nation’s first interdisciplinary outpatient COVID recovery and rehabilitation programs. The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation's (AAPM&R) collaboration tapped him to contribute his expertise to developing national multidisciplinary guidelines for treating the condition. Gaylord’s outpatient COVID recovery program is one of only 40 in the United States to be recognized by the collaborative.
