Ava-Kathleen Rybicki M.A. is a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. Ava-Kathleen is also a Lab Instructor for the University of Pennsylvania’s Biology I and II courses and the JoAnn Nallinger Endowed Fellow graduate student in the M.S. Nutrition Science at the University of Pennsylvania. While completing her post-baccalaureate pre-medical certificate at the University of Pennsylvania, Ava-Kathleen served as a student chair for Wellness Initiatives and volunteered as a surgical patient liaison. Prior to joining Penn, Ava-Kathleen served as a Resident Director at Rowan University, where she earned her M.A. Wellness and Lifestyle Management and B.A. Geographical Science. Ava-Kathleen also previously worked as an Emergency Department Clinical Researcher at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and in patient care at the Gloucester County Department of Health for three years. Ava-Kathleen co-authored New Jersey Naloxone Distributions and Training Guide (2020) and COVID-19 Response Guide for Physicians and All Healthcare Professionals (2020), along with a series of expected publications on the topic of long-COVID interventions.
