Physician Assistant Studies
Jennifer de la Cruz is a certified and licensed physician assistant, working with older adults since 2001. She has extensive academic experience in teaching Clinical Medicine courses to Physician Assistant students at Mercer University. She was the Director of Clinical Education for Physician Assistant Students at Mercer University and currently serves as the Interim Chair. Professor de la Cruz has strong ties with community providers that serve patients in skilled nursing facilities, where she continues to practice clinically. She is on the Board of Directors of the Southern Gerontological Society and is deeply committed to improving the lives of older adults.
