Dr. Finn is a clinician investigator at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, as well as an assistant professor in the University of Minnesota's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He is the Project Director for the Minneapolis VA’s TBI Model Systems program and an investigator in the Rehabilitation & Engineering Center for Optimizing Veteran Engagement & Reintegration (RECOVER). Dr. Finn's research focuses on 1) psychological health and adjustment after TBI; 2) the personalization of rehabilitation services; and 3) utilization and engagement in health care. Clinically, Dr. Finn provides psychological services within Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to service members/veterans and their care partners.
