Brianna Carpio is a third-year entry-level occupational therapy doctoral student at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Houston. She actively volunteers with Shine USA, which is a ministry that facilitates weekly after school activities for low-income children. Her clinical experience included outpatient rehabilitation for adults and pediatrics. She wishes to pursue her career in neurological rehabilitation.
