Nichole Miller is an experienced Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (APRN) with expertise in pediatric, adult and primary care case management. She received her Post-Master’s Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. Initially her career centered on health maintenance in underserved populations and pediatric clinical care. More recently, her focus has been developing and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Her accomplishments include implementing a successful certified nursing assistant program, a licensed practical nurse program, and running the infection prevention program during the Covid-19 pandemic. Nichole’s current focus is engaging, training, and retaining a high performing nursing staff.
