Alexander Lavallis, ACSM EP is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, with a degree in Health, Physical Education and Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sport Medicine, and a Certified Indego and Ekso Specialist and through Eksobionics. He has over 8 years of experience serving neurological populations and an additional year of experience working with orthopedic populations. His specialties include strength and condition, cardiovascular endurance and core stabilization programming for spinal cord injuries ,stroke survivors and traumatic brain injuries. Alexander presented Making the Most of Experience with Exoskeletons at the Christopher Reeves Virtual summit, the Sheltering Arms Institute Research symposium (2021), Exercise and Me as part of a wellness webinar series provided by the Richmond area adaptive sports club Sportables (2022) and The Power to Overcome: Long Term Brain Recovery Through Adaptive Fitness at the National Strength and conditioning association (2023).
