Bekah Odom is an Occupational Therapist at Shepherd Center's Complex Concussion Clinic with adolescents and adults with concussions from sports, falls, or car accidents who are at risk for a prolonged or complicated recovery. Bekah earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Georgia and went on to receive her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Georgia State University. Upon graduation, Bekah was inducted into the Alpha Eta National Honors Society in Health Professions and awarded the Occupational Therapy Professional Excellence Award. Since starting at Shepherd Center in 2019, Bekah has supported across the Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation continuum, primarily focused in post-acute mild-moderate ABI care. Bekah is a clinical contributor to ongoing research conducted in the mTBI Brain Health and Recovery Lab.
