Tara Peplow is a passionate advocate for patients and healthcare Tara Peplow, CPXP, COTA/L serves as Patient Experience Lead for Brooks Rehabilitation’s Outpatient and Home Health divisions. Tara earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In 2016, she obtained her certification in occupational therapy and joined the Brooks Bartram Crossing Skilled Nursing team. Tara went on to complete the Internal Career Residency Program at Brooks and chose to move out of patient care to support the Outpatient division in providing exceptional customer service. In 2021, Tara was elevated to Lead and her role was expanded to the Home Health division in order to share her insight and success that she achieved in Outpatient with a new team. As Lead, Tara oversees patient satisfaction strategies, customer service training and education, and patient experience. Her passion for people and innovative thinking has helped her achieve success in her divisions and create a better experience for patients and her peers.
