Chloe Bailey, MHA ,BHA, is a clinical research coordinator with Brooks Rehabilitation. Chloe graduated from the University of North Florida (UNF) in 2018 with a Bachelor in Health Administration and a minor in Business Administration. She continued her education at UNF and graduated with a Master’s in Health Administration in 2020. During her graduate program, Chloe’s passion for research and innovation in healthcare began after working as a research assistant. She also gained unique experiences in GIS mapping and health systems engineering through projects on user experience and quality assurance methodologies. She joined Brooks Clinical Research Center as a clinical research coordinator in Spring of 2021 where she provides study, manuscript, and data analysis support. In Fall of 2023, Chloe joined Brooks Rehabilitation’s new Center for Outcomes Analytics and Research (COAR) team. At COAR, she is working with investigators to empower research, data and clinical evidence through a Learning Health System (LHS) approach. This LHS focus seeks to transform patient care and organizational decision-making with continuous learning, analysis and implementation throughout the care continuum.
