Kelly Fletcher, PT, DPT is the manager of the acute inpatient rehab therapy team and per diem staff for acute care and rehab at UNC Hospitals. With 7 combined years of experience leading the Inpatient Rehab and Acute Care teams, Kelly is passionate about providing evidence-based practice and advocating for all therapies and patients in an environment that promotes learning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill.
