Linda Sun Young Park BSN, RN, CRRN, is Clinical Practice Consultant working at Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center, Vallejo CA. She started her career as a new graduate nurse in Acute Rehabilitation 10 years ago. As a clinical practice consultant in the unit, she contributes and is dedicated to providing high-quality care and expert consultation on designing, developing, and implementing programs for leadership to attain organizational goals. Linda also serves as an advising mentor for the greater medical center Voice of Nursing Committee, where she is instrumental in preparing for the Magnet accreditation survey and shares and promotes the integration of rehabilitation nursing concepts with her colleagues working in acute care.
Linda is a Board Director for the national Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN) and Board Treasurer for her local Northern California Chapter. She has participated in several ARN national committees, including contributing to the revision of the ARN Competency Model, Learning Management System (LMS), and ARN Education Design Thinking Workshop. Linda is passionate about enhancing patient education and nursing professional development and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Nursing Education.
