Dr. Raeda Anderson is a Research Scientist II at Shepherd Center and Affiliate Professor of Sociology at Georgia State University. At Shepherd Center, Dr. Anderson co-leads the Crawford Research Analytics group, where she serves as the lead statistician and research methodologist for the Traumatic Brain Injury model systems, UX research, pharmacy residency program, mobile rehabilitation, and social determinants of health research. Additionally, she is the program manager of the App Factory, chair of LaunchPad for ACRM, and the statistician for the Georgia Trauma Commission's Rehabilitation Section. Dr. Anderson's work centers around social determinants of health for Disabled People focusing on thriving rather than simply surviving in their communities in a myriad of contexts: rurality, housing, technology, poverty, healthcare access, and green spaces.
