I’m a born and raised Colorado Native and I enjoy sports, especially the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Broncos. I’m an avid Boxer Dog lover as our personalities seem to be the same! Over the years, I’ve accumulated 7 TBIs with loss of consciousness. In addition, I played soccer from the age of 4 through College. I played Center Forward and headed the ball on a daily basis. I’ve since learned this combo comes with life-changing consequences. So as a result, my new mission is to use my disability to participate in research studies related to brain injury, in hopes of furthering understanding of brain injuries and how they affect life on both a short and long-term basis.
