Kelly S. Collins MD is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine who is currently the Medical Director of the Polytrauma/TBI clinic at the Phoenix VA. She had worked in the private sector in St. Cloud, MN for eighteen years and recently began her position at the VA Phoenix. In Minnesota, she was the medical director of Project Brainsafe - a nonprofit organization developed to educate the local communities and the medical community about the diagnosis and treatment of concussion.
