Carolyn A Dobson, AAP-BC, MT-BC, NMT-F is a Neurologic Music Therapy Fellow with over 20 years of experience providing clinical services, program consultation, and professional supervision in the Dallas metroplex. She is passionate about helping people age well and maintain or improve functional ability when diseases or disorders decrease quality of life. Carolyn serves on the NMT Academy Advisory Council, facilitates the Academy’s Aging Focused Forum and the North Texas NMT Affiliate Support Chapter, and assists with training sessions during NMT International Training Institutes. She advocates for the healthy aging of older adults and designs community outreach programs to promote cognitive exercise and physical activity.
