Learning Objectives:

Describe the signs and symptoms indicative of fatigue and brain fog in Long COVID and consider how to differentiate Long COVID fatigue and brain fog from other conditions that share similar presentation patterns.
Compare and contrast the potential pathophysiology underlying Long COVID fatigue and brain fog to that of other common rehabilitation conditions (e.g., ME/CFS, mild traumatic brain injury).
Explain potential benefits and limitations of existing clinical and scientific assessment tools that can be used across international sites to quantify changes in fatigue and brain fog in individuals with Long COVID, including digitalized assessment platforms.
Explain the potential role of genetic and environmental factors in the risk to develop long covid.
Explain the characteristics of brain fog.
Describe the signs and symptoms indicative of fatigue and brain fog in Long COVID and consider how to differentiate Long COVID fatigue and brain fog from other conditions that share similar presentation patterns.
