Sheltering Arms Institute, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Richmond Virginia, opened in 2020 as a joint venture between two established rehab care providers in the area. Within our unique clinical science department, we have worked on novel ways to create and disseminate feedback to clinicians and leadership with a goal of improved patient experience and outcome. CPG adherance, chart audit data, functional outcomes, and patient satisfaction scores have all been compiled in dashboarding software that allows for an interactive feedback experience.
