In this panel, startup founders and early stage employees will provide their insights and learnings on transitioning from clinical care or healthcare-related business to the startup/tech sector. Our panel is made up of females, which offers a unique and fairly rare perspective in the business world but common in the rehabilitation world. The businesses in this panel range from pre-seed, seed, and Series A rounds of funding. We will answer focused questions from prepared list on relevant topics including 1) coming up with a startup idea, 2) building an early team, 3) options for startup incorporation, 4) startup fundraising options and procedures, 5) ethical and legal considerations re: shares & equity, 6) topics re: startup operations, 7) exit strategies & options. We will also open the panel up for audience Q & A.
