Jessica L. Ryan, PhD, is a health services researcher with a focus on health economics and cost with the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital. She received her PhD in Public Health from the University of South Florida in 2017. Her research interests focus on cost effectiveness analyses and cost modeling. Dr. Ryan is Director of Dissemination within the CDMRP I-HEAL grant, Data Core Director for REACH-TBI, and provides research mentorship to graduate students at the University of West Florida and the University of South Florida.
