Dr. Fred Yi-Shueh Chen graduated from National Defense Medical Center in Taipei, Taiwan with a MD degree. He completed residency at Mackay Memorial Hospital and is board certified in Radiation Oncology and Palliative Cancer Care in Taiwan. With continued interest in improving the well-bring of patients, he decided to further pursue training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is now in the process of completing the residency program in PM&R at Taipei Medical University Hospital.
