Laura Patrick is a Board-certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy at AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab in Central Florida. She has 14 years of clinical experience working with patients with neurological conditions with AdventHealth. Laura Patrick serves as the Specialty Program Manager overseeing clinical quality and program growth for the Neurological, Lymphedema, Pelvic Health, and Pediatric Programs. She has lectured at the university, state, and national level related to neurological physical therapy and knowledge translation. She also serves as the Director of the Neurological Residency Program. Since April 2023, she has served as the physical therapist in AdventHealth’s multidisciplinary Parkinson’s clinic, tremor clinic, and Huntington’s Disease clinic. Her professional roles include clinical practice, mentoring, quality improvement with best practice standardization, pathway development, multidisciplinary clinical care, and leadership.
