Xinhua Yu, Ph.D., is an epidemiologist and applied statistician with medical training at the University of Memphis. The lead statistician on Project FIRST is “finding innovation in rehabilitation in-service training.” During the past three years, working Project FIRST on vocational rehabilitation among people with IDD. Built an outcome-based training curriculum based on a social justice model.
