Over the last 20+ years, Rohit has been passionate about developing and deploying solutions that provide sustainable impact on patient care. During this journey, Rohit has had the opportunity to do this across both startup environments as well as large Fortune 500 organizations. Rohit founded his first startup over 20 years back in what is now called ePrescribing. A successful exit to Quest Diagnostics allowed him to help build a division focused on patient informatics impacting over 30 million patients in the United States. His most recent experience, as the founding Digital Health leader at Baxter Healthcare led him to focus on leveraging remote patient management technologies for ESRD with an emphasis on in-home peritoneal dialysis. These experiences, together, have led to his recent endeavors with Band Connect and its emphasis on enhancing the physical therapy experience for patients. His experiences has created a strong bias to focus on formal research-based approaches to build validated, clinically efficacious solutions as the foundation for commercialization. Rohit received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bangalore, India. In addition, he holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
